Bring 100ml of fresh water to the boil and leave to rest for one minute (ideal temperature approx. 90°C). Place a tablespoon of herbal tea in a cup and cover with a saucer to preserve the essential oils. Leave to infuse for 7–10 minutes. Sip slowly approx. 30–45 minutes before bedtime.
