Who is it for
If you grow medicinal or aromatic plants and need professional equipment to extract their essential oil and hydrosol, Flora Lavanda offers the use of its distillation facility, which features two professional stills, each with a capacity of 280 litres.
This service is aimed at anyone who works with lavender, bay leaves, helichrysum, mint, lemon balm and other medicinal and aromatic plants — whether you are an industry expert or just starting out in production.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION

2 professional stills, each with a capacity of 280 litres.
These are professional-grade stills and, like all distillers, are suitable for all types of steam distillation, such as the extraction of essential oils.
The still consists of:
- BOILER
- DEPHLEGMATOR
- CONDENSER
- SIEVE
These components are assembled and welded from over 100 pieces of very thick material to create an indestructible still.
The unit consists of a flat base, 15/10 mm thick, which is very sturdy and resistant to high temperatures and deformation. vThere is also a thermometer on the outside of the still which, as it moves in step with the one on the condenser, allows us to clearly distinguish the different stages of distillation.
Beneath the boiler there is a drain valve for emptying the liquids once distillation is complete. The still lid features a quick-release lever mechanism that opens across the entire diameter of the boiler, which is also fitted with a safety valve.
